Depends how you define presidential. Trump had some pretty good policies in place but he was an extreme jackass on most counts. Unhinged is definitely the best word to describe him.

Obama was a much more likable person than trump, generally speaking. If you didn’t know either one of them, I’d imagine you’d have an easier time having dinner and shooting the **** with Obama than trump.

I think people find it reflects an interest in stability instead of only "winning". Not everyone wants more winning. Most people want stability.

Pissing people off isnt a great tactic either because you need your fellow congress members to vote for your policies. a president cant do anything without the house and senate...sometimes if youre really likeable but have chitty policies, people will still vote for them and vice versa.
(these are my opinions i am not a licensed broker by trade)
