Update:

I no longer (rarely) receive inexplicable calls all day every day srs. The last calls I received I believe were a week ago today while I was out of town

Since I made this thread, I stopped receiving the hundreds of calls I was receiving every month which couldn't be explained. Like i said its now significantly less.

If push ever came to shove, my phone records could back up everything I've said itt

I still receive some weird text/calls occasionally but those could easily be spam/scammers. That's normal. What happened on my phone before was not normal bruhs srs

No it seems like I didn't need to so far
