For instance, when you fail, or things go wrong, they will at least imply that it's your fault you failed, however, when you succeed, you were just lucky, or maybe even cheated. Another thing they will do is if you get 99 things right, and one thing wrong, they will hammer you about that one thing wrong and argue that those other 99 things weren't really right because of the one thing wrong.Pay close attention to your company. If they get upset at your successes, keep them at arm's length.
This isn't always obvious, some times it's passive aggressive. They're either dead weight or actively conspiring against you.
Read the 48 Laws of Power and notate the behavior. If you see someone else implementing most of those laws, they're almost always untrustworthy.
48 Laws of Power is basically a guide to being a sociopath.

When I went into my career field, at first I was nobody because I hadn't even been to school, and when I was in school it was implied I was being a wanna-be or something like that. However, when I graduated, it was "so what, it doesn't mean anything you aren't certified". So finally, I get certified. I hear "so what, who cares, anyone could pass those, so you're certified on paper". IOW: It only counted when I didn't have it.
