Last Iphone was a 5. Had an HTC M8, Samsung S7, Note 9, LG G8X dual screen after that. Now got the iphone 13 pro max 256GB coming. Was going to buy the Fold 3 but some people getting double trade in value where I am based on a price error pissed me off and makes the phone seem like cheap discount sht. Sometimes you just want something reliable that works. Only thing I will miss is multitasking. All the other android sht is gimmicks, Lol can't believe I was a droidcel.🤣

But seriously it’s down to user preference now, there’s not much between any of the flagship phones.

I’ve just gone to iPhone 13 pro from my X. But I have the full ecosystem with MacBook Pro, AirPods, Watch, plus I just restore all my content and apps from my past phones easily.

I do like the endless customisation possibilities and cracked apps (YouTube, Spotify) on Android, but it’s not enough to make me switch. Also don’t care about AOD.

3. Fastest phones available year after year. Apple silicone cant be beat.
4. Care more about user privacy. Brb buying an Android from a Chinese company like OnePlus. Might as well buy a spy device.
5. iPhones stay fast for their entire life. Proprietary software/hardware means everything is super optimized.

The only reason to go Android is if you like to tinker with phones like a nerd. As I got older I didn't give a **** about any of that. Give me the fastest phone with good cameras that keeps resale value.

iOS is trash, the phones are fine (about 30% too expensive) but that operating system is straight garbage.

Android positives
- Put apps wherever I want on the screen
- Far better notifications (grouping, responses from notification pulldown)
- Back button
- App draw
- Drag and drop via USB
- USB-C and genuine fast charging
- Google assistant hands down better than Siri

Not sure what the big deal is with privacy, you can make your phone totally carrier free even. With Android you don't even need to sign into google, you can download all of your apps (APK's) and install outside of the play store and then use wifi for calls and texts with discord, messenger, IG etc with a burner account.

My phone cost $175 brand spanking new. I only got it cause I was desperate. The battery on my galaxy chit the bed the week everything shut down for covid. I had no idea I'd like the phone so much. It's a moto G Power. The specs on it aren't great but honestly I haven't noticed a difference in speed between this phone and the flagship phones I've had before. It can take a 256 mb micro sd card, it seems fast when navigating the internet and the battery lasts forever. That's really all I need or want.
