Democrats incentivized single mothers and that is when it all went downhill for the black family along with whites and Hispanics.

Why did it affect the races so disproportionately? Even if you argue that black men couldn't find a job due to racism, why did they turn to violence while receiving government handouts?

The Drug War. It's funny how you can reason for Russian violence spikes, but not others. Carry on

How does it make you feel that only 15% of A-As have an IQ of 100 and above? Do your own research and prove me wrong, don't just rely on the emotional fallacy that I'm wrong just because I'm racist.

Also refer to my earlier post...it's literally on the first page.
I don’t believe any particular race to be inherently inferior. Black people, as a collective group, likely do lag in the areas you’ve mentioned. Whether or not only 15% have an IQ above 100, I don’t know. Based on personal experiences, I highly doubt it’s that low. I grew up in a racially mixed middle class community, attended a mid-high level public school and found few noticeable differences in ability between my peers of differing backgrounds. I did however find other students of all races from the terrible performing, crime infested city schools nearby to be dumber.

I tend to be more individualistic as it is, but I haven’t studied that topic however because, frankly, these are not matters that are important to me.

But I’ll throw you a bone. I suspect the numbers you’re citing have more to do with an environmental disadvantage and a ripple effect of their history (poverty, chitty educational opportunities, lack of land ownership/generational wealth, Jim Crowe, redlining, the crack epidemic, social welfare, public housing, mass incarceration, gang culture, etc.) These are circumstances you tend to ignore or gloss over, yet are undeniable recent facts, not ancient 19th century excuses.

There’s a difference between simply making excuses for failures, and acknowledging what disadvantages exist, plus how we can change them moving forward. Which if you’re so laser focused on IQ, a cursory search into recent studies have shown the gap is narrowing.

But why? What are you getting out of this obsession? You claim to have worked in Flatbush and Harlem, as well as having lived in an ethnically African country. These are interesting, unique life experiences if true. I would be more intrigued to hear your stories of spending time in these areas. Perhaps you can discuss whether you were accepted by the locals, what differences you have noticed between blacks in Africa and America, what problems they faced and what areas they did well in.

These topics would be more thread-worthy than obsessing over crime statistics, spamming SF talking points and sharing the same exact IQ map over and over again. You’re becoming a nuisance with your current behavior. Srs.

The fact that we are all here on Earth today speaks of our inherent survival ability, whatever the race. However, that does not mean we're all equal. You can claim socioeconomic factors affect IQ, but have you ever taken an IQ test yourself? I don't see how recognizing simple patterns in images and number sequences is affected by socioeconomic factors unless you have no grasp of 10x10 table due to never attending school.

Another interesting point is that Homo Erectus which left Africa 1.8 million years ago gave rise to various species like Neanderthal and Denisovans, which left a trace of themselves in Non-African populations of today. I could very well argue that larger brain volumes inherited from these ancient people are responsible for IQ differences in modern populations. Just look at Cro-Magnon, the early European who had on average 10% neanderthal DNA compared to our modern 2%.

I applaud you for trying to cite something with scientific integrity, but I can find an article just as easily saying that blacks have made no progress. Until you cite something convincing, I will keep believing that average IQ in Africa is 68, and 85 in African-Americans. African-Americans have on average at least 10% European DNA, which could be raising their average compared to their African counterparts.

Finally, I don't really care if my content is annoying anyone in case you haven't realized that by now.

Once again you're speaking of statistics for which you have no citations for.

And oh yeah...the war on drugs destroyed the family unit, not the people doing the actual drugs.

Safe to say when you think of a child killer you don’t picture a black guy like you do a drive by shooter
You'd be wrong.

Black people are over represented in serial killings, mass shootings and sex offender status.
