I just don’t like lies being spread.

I’m working on getting my body to a healthy size and to have a healthy relationship with food after 25 years of anorexia, bulimia and binge eating, all in different phases.

My real body is somewhere in between my avi and pics posted. It’s just ridiculous to post pics where the rules are that whatever is shared on Miscord shouldn’t be shared on the main Misc. I mean we had video chats so we were trusting of each other and he broke that trust. To post pics of me from months ago and laugh is ridiculous. We all have been in different stages of our fitness journey and we should encourage each other, not tear each other down.

Now I’ve lost Miscord and the Misc. from my friend circle. But I need somewhere where I can get positive support and empathy. What a waste of time in retrospect.

The ED forum is the worst place you could be. It's a never ending vicious cycle and they always go back. They find the smallest excuses so they can go back.

What does back round mean? I’ve dropped 25 lbs since these photos are posted but my ED therapist is about to fire me for doing that. She has me seeing a nutritionist. I just honestly want to be a normal size. Not overweight or underweight and a normal relationship with food. This has been 25 years of hell and I’m tired of it.

Well I’m 5’5 and honestly haven’t weighed myself in a year but my measurements are now xx bust waist hips, down 6 inches . So I estimate 25 lbs given the measurements. I need to take a new progress photo.

In my avi I was 28, 24 and 30 bust, waist and hips and then ended up in the ED hospital 6 months later, where they had me gain 50 lbs in 3 months .

I thought you said you didn’t work with those who have EDs?

June-July I only ate 800 calories a day and did light walking, then in late August I bumped my calories up to 1400 so I could start training 6x a week. I do F45 workouts twice a week and tennis and cardio the other days. Now I’m at around 1500-1600 calories.
