The reason the kids were separated was to actually protect them. There are many coyotes and sex traffickers that take kids across the border. By separating them from their "parents" they were trying to find out if they were in fact their parents. So if this did happen to real parents and kids that were trying to get in illegally, they may have been inconvenienced but you should expect this if trying to illegally enter another country. They should be grateful that they weren't shot.

So don't act pious and ignore the fact that the laws were there to protect the kids and prevent illegals from entering our country. The laws were there before Trump. The kids put in 'cages' that the media showed were from the Obama admin years. If you cannot see this for what it is by not taking a political stance as the media wants you to, then you are not a reasonable person. If you are truly an American, you should want what's best for you and the country (legal citizens) and not react how the media and politicians want you to.

Where do you get "child separation with no way to reunite them"? That is being dishonest to say that we just separate kids and do not plan to reunite them if they do turn out to be the real parents. This just shows that you are being swayed by your hate for Trump. I ask that you set aside your hate for Trump and look at this situation for what it is. It is a cash grab for the ACLU lawyers and a political ploy that you are in fact buying into.

Just google Trump's zero tolerance program. You'll clearly see how they were indeed separating actual parents, not coyotes, from their children and sending them off to God knows where with literally no way to re-unite them. That's not Trump hate, those are facts.

Claims? No, this is just not knowing what Trump's zero policy is.

But for those who don't know what it is, it's when Trump decided to fully prosecute people for committing misdemeanors by crossing the border with their children in order to separate them with no way to reunite them. Parents were sent back to other countries while the children were sent to other US states.
