Not to any one individual, especially someone not "at-risk" somehow, but if you extrapolated the hospitalization and health care strain from the initial surge in March '20 and let it go unchecked, it would have caused a worldwide disaster. The original estimates of the virus at the time, which all seem pretty accurate, estimated the IFR mortality rate to be 0.5% (and much less outside the at-risk groups) if treatments are available for everyone who needs them and the healthcare resources weren't strained beyond their capacity and could be as high as 3% if the kind of hospital overflow we saw in Italy and Wuhan at the outset of the pandemic were to spread worldwide. The initial spread of the virus had to be slowed as much as possible as quickly as possible. Those lockdowns and restrictions in March '20 through about the end of April '20 were absolutely necessary and saved many, many lives. Since about the beginning of May '20, the government response has gotten worse and worse. At this point, omicron is basically a cold and we're at the point where we don't really need to worry much anymore except for treating those that are at-risk.

Considering your situation it's good you've been extra careful but it's ~95% less dangerous than before now, making it far less lethal and side effects than seasonal flu. If you're prone to pneumonia, making sure your nitric oxide levels are high (via L-Arginine twice a day) when you catch Coof or any respiratory virus. There's a study in The Lancet on it. And absolutely get yourself some NAC. Dozens of studies how it will help. Not sure if this will conflict with your meds but a decent idea also is Turkey Tail mushroom powder. I know it improves chemotherapy with colon and breast cancers and is a good overall immune booster (hence use with Covid), but your situation may vary.

I am still unwell from the booster shot 3 weeks later. I have terrible dizziness and elevated liver enzymes. The Dr gave me some dizziness medication and said side effects could last up to 4 weeks.

I’m so upset as I don’t know when this will end and that we are mandated to risk our health this way. I won’t even be able to sue big pharma if I have permanent damage. I HOPE this is from all of the Tylenol I took to keep my booster shot fever down.
