Yeah even when my husband and I were romantic with each other we’d only have sex 3 times a month on a Saturday. We’d be too tired from working out during the week and working to do it on a weekday. We were in our 20s then.

I wouldn’t want to deal with a man that often now that I’m 50 as they usually annoy me with CNN on all day. I’m happier by myself. The only exception is my model FWB and he’s way out of my league and I think he just hits me up when he’s in town as it’s convenient. I’d want to have sex with him often and he and I watch NFL games together so he doesn’t annoy me, but most men do.

Hmm maybe it’s cause i do 0 cardio. I do notice if I do cardio like work my libido does take a slight hit.


I think it’s best to make sex my cardio. So technically I do cardio 2-3x a day

Workout

50 grams liquid egg whites 400-450 calories of pure dextrose sugar


Hour half later

Chicken breast/fish avocado or not if fish, white rice broccoli


Ground beef brown rice, vegetable

NY Strip steak, brown rice/sweet potato, broccoli

Cottage cheese and slow carbs/or fat depending if lacking on either one + to fill calories in
