Difference could be public parking vs private one. Does stand your ground apply in public places since it's not "your ground"? I have no idea what laws are in Murica.

It applies wherever.


The difference is, in the video the dude hesitated to shoot and the guy backed off. He then shot when he was backing up. Hard to claim you're afraid for your life when the guy is backing away from you.

In the op video there's no hesitation to shoot so you can still claim you were afraid for your life.

The shooter was defending imminent threat to human life. Shooter was a quantum physicist who invented a shrinking ray. He had just tested it out on a person who was standing in that parking spot. Then the white guy pulls in to the parking spot, quantum physicist tells him to move so he doesn’t run over the shrinked human, white guy refuses, jogger blasts him to save the shrinked person’s life
