have an actual armed guard at every school and not some mall security or some retired cop from a local town precinct that isn’t entirely trained for combat.

we have armed security at airports, sports arenas, etc not sure why elementary schools not.

Some of these are actually stimulants that can create mania in people.

You cannot stop people from wanting to mass murder and they tend to run in cycles. Once you have one, you will have a few more.

Guns are not the issue as people motivated to kill will use whatever will kill the most people.

What we need to do is use federal money to fund a school police force.

Where I live, colleges are in ghettos and the college will have a police force associated with the city.

Cops will come to my gym because some of the black guys will not leave the basketball court, so the cops are there to send the message to leave.

I went to Best Buy recently and they close early due to covid and I didn't know this. The POLICE are in BEST BUY to make sure you leave so no one gets the flu after 7PM.

That literally makes no sense.

Two or three police on rotation to stop it from being boring would work, it just needs funding.

You would have to be seriously crazy or a trained terrorist to try something under those conditions.

A prison inmate once pointed out to me that serial killers go after women---not football players for a reason. They are cowards and if you make a cowardly murderer think he will not get to torture people, he will not go to that spot, guaranteed.

I just drove by my old high school this afternoon, was saddened to see entire classroom of teens outside on a lawn doing something, no fence, no gate, no security, no cameras, nothing. Unreal to think how many killz some competent shooter could have made right there with a semi auto and a few magazines.

Some people never learn.


Why these stupid motherf*ckers don’t put in armed security, gates and fences in schools is just beyond comprehension. Not to mention how a nut job with bad history is able to buy a gun, what happened to all the spying? Nobody picked up on this kid?

People used to TAKE guns to school in the 1970s for show and tell or hunting after class, school aged children also regularly trained in marksmanship

If there was no mass shootings despite there being more guns in and around schools what changed…

I’m pretty sure if any of these shooters had a taste of some sweet cheeks like the photo in the OP they would be more interested in getting another taste versus weapons & incel mass shootings.

The teens were outside?! That's awesome!

I'd rather teens be outside than watch Netflix ro be on social media all day.

Last Halloween it was full of parents driving their kids to houses to get candy.

I remember running from house to house to get candy not having parents drive you around

IDK. Switzerland has lots of guns, but one of the lowest crime rates and almost no mass shootings. Maybe we can analyze Switzerland and compare them to America and see if we can figure out some things they do that we do not, or things that they don't have that we have a lot of?

how about the simple stuff... keep doors locked, have armed security making sure doors are locked, have everyone entering the building pass through a metal detector. it's a slight inconvenience definitely, but in this world we live in, it's the only way to keep people safe
