Cut out administrative glut within our state and federal government, take those savings and invest them into root cause prevention/fixing the current population.

Pay folks more, reduce costs of essentials like food, water, and shelter. Of course there will always be some hobos, but the kinds folks train hopping and traveling usually work seasonal jobs and just drift around after. It’s the local bum that’s always in and out of jail you should worry about.

At the same time, it’s America cot dammit, AND it’s 2022. There’s no reason that any of us need to grind or do chit we don’t like just to get by. Aren’t we supposed to be tha motha Fkn greatest nation on earth mogging everybody into oblivion?!?!

Worst case, ship em to chit hole states like Kansas, Nebraska, etc with lots of unproductive land nobody cares about and let ‘em battle royale it.

Probably the biggest scams are higher education, housing and healthcare.

Make higher ed fully connected with the government like in Japan or Britain.

Automatically semi-enlist every young person in the military, as their default for health insurance, etc. if they do not earn other professional alternatives.
