Location makes a difference. The 80/20 rule was very real in my high school. I went to high school with the type of girls you see on Fresh & Fit now...they'd be juniors bragging about dating 18-20 yr olds. The combination of that and being a scared teen lead to a few of us relatively normal guys graduating as virgins. We were in the minority though and definitely had chances we were too scared to make a move on.
