No, it's experiencing record usage numbers.

Now that I am back on, I get 10x the engagement rate I was a couple of years ago. Twitter was 100% suppressing conservative views.

No, such a failure would also impact reputation and all the other investors who put money behind him. Elon will sleep on the office floors there until it turns around or is beyond saving, I think that's pretty clear.
