You don't need a video. It's also nothing new, there's just an email trail of the decision making and questions that arose surrounding it.

Twitter executives decided to limit the sharing of the Biden story and mark it as an "unsafe" link - they used the excuse that it was against their policy - a flimsy excuse that many of the executives didn't believe themselves. There was political motivation to do this because they don't like the Republican party and didn't like the administration. They also suspended accounts from the Trump administration for sharing the story.
