Pretty clearly, the company did censor the story. And BB.com censor the story? The implication is that the userbase wasn't told what was really going on.

So, apparently I had misread Taibbi's tweet # 22. When he says no government involvement in laptop story, I thought he meant no FBI or any other government officials involved in the twitter laptop censorship story. According to Greenwald, this tweet means no government involvement, as in hacking of the laptop - like no Russian hacked materials.

Ok this makes sense. I was pretty bent over this (see my previous posts in this thread), considering previous reports that FBI had warned social media about potential hacked materials in the coming weeks of the election.

But looks like we all good now. Personally, I think it was a poorly worded tweet by Taibbi.

NY Post's Miranda Devine confirms with Steve Bannon that Rudy G was under FBI surveillance for two years and saw the emails between Miranda Devine and Rudy G and Steve Bannon about Hunter's laptop. That is how they knew to tip-off Twitter and ******** and warn them that the laptop story was coming.

Bear in mind, Rudy G was under surveillance under false pretenses one month after he became Trump's personal lawyer while he was President. Wow.
