Edit: with home made au jus as well as home raised chopped horseradish as well, can’t forget that. Au jus made from drippings, bone, rosemary, garlic, and thyme after smoking the bones have been in the smoker for 2 hrs is a legit game changer.
This guy knows what's up!

A strong contender outside of an amazing steak would have to be either a live fire grilled lobster with copious amounts of clarified butter or gigantic grilled ocean shrimp. Hnnnnnnnnng.

Hrm.

End of the world, I could only choose 'one food'? Sushi.

What is my go-to favorite food? A proper ragu with orecchiette.

Best dish in the world is Jamaican Oxtail hands down, in my foodie experience.

Objectively, the best cuisine in the world is either Indian or Chinese, due to the sheer variety of regions, population, and available herb and spices in their cooking.

fkn ded @ some of the answers in here.

Food is a fundamental need and desire of people. What your favorite food is says a lot about a person in the same way what their political belief says about them.

So when I hear banal ass answers like "cheese" and "porterhouse steak bro" I honestly think these people are unadventurous boring NPCs.

I agree with Mexican and Italian...

but I'd put Indian before Mediterranean. But Mexican and Italian have a huge lead.
