64 years, education and hundreds of billions of dollars later and their situation hasn't improved, it's gotten worse.

It's a compelling argument until you realize this was written before they even ended segregation and cops were shamelessly prejudiced against these people. You're also forgetting that in those 64 years, tons of horrible things happened to Black America like the explosion of drug use, the sexual revolution leading to a ton of unwanted pregnancies, the rise of powerful black street gangs, and let's not forget that the core causes of poverty were never really rectified. You seem to think this country has done enough. It has not.

It's both, but it's a positive feedback loop. And I'm not blaming "the white man". I'm blaming fuked up policies designed to fuk over the poor and leave them to rot. If someone like Xi ran the show here, you'd see crime rates drop ridiculously. But it would be harsh. You'd have asylums, mandatory rehab, and a lot of murderers and drug dealers would be executed. People would be taxed out the ass and education would be available but meritocratic. Order would be restored, but freedom would be destroyed. And all the soycucks would cry about how mean it is.

It takes one firm hand and one gentle one to bring order to the chaos. The US fails at both. The blacks suffer the most because of historical inequity, but this isn't a symptom unique to blacks. It affects latino people too, and is now affecting many whites. America has abandoned its poor and left them with no prospects. It has abandoned its mentally ill to live in tents on the road and chit on the sidewalks. It has abandoned its drug adducts to live a life of suffering without treatment. And it has abandoned the basic standard of society to keep everyone safe.
