also I don't know why people actually fall for it when he says he is some kind of guru when it comes to lifting his advice is horrible at best.

I’ve seen him make some good post and also seen him make some truly terrible takes. I can’t remember what it was about but I do remember him taking something I said so far out of context I thought he was legit autism. I was actually agreeing with what he said and he basically posted something like the above ^^ poster typed lol.

I remember OP once claiming that almost everyone you see vaping in public is vaping THC not nicotine. He had no basis for arguing that point and was legit getting mad people disagreed with him (in spite of someone showing him just how many more nicotine vapes are sold than THC, along with the whole illegality thing in a lot of places).

Before that I took all of his lifting info pretty seriously, but if he could pull that vape stuff out of his ass and argue like his life depended on it, why wouldn’t he do it for literally everything else? Definitely looked at him different afterwards

Didn't he make claims that a bunch of top bodybuilding coaches learned chit from him? If that's the case why is he a nobody that was posting here? I did think his lifting advice was solid but none of it's new information.

I don't know about that but he continuously claimed to know/work with top bodybuilding coaches, and to have inside information about top pros through them.

There were some things he said that were legit but the way he posited any advice was absurd. Very simple information that could be gathered viewing a Youtube video, but presented as if out of his own personal dissertation
