Not sure where I stand on it, appreciate it's complex, but is the main point of the 2nd amendment a sort of safe-guard agaisnt Gov tyranny? If so:

1) How would you define Gov tyranny? Presumably it would have to be something VERY fckin bad? Like Pol Pot stuff. Not just policies & stuff you don't agree with?

2) At the point where the Gov was being properly tyrannical, wouldn't it indicate complete societal collapse anyway? In which case we would all be fcked, guns or not?

When this **** happens in Baltimore, Chicago, NYC, Atlanta, Detroit, etc, nobody cares.

But as soon as it happens elsewhere, everyone loses it, and then wants the government to come in, and strip people of their rights, because of course they have our best interests at heart......
