Btw, notice their skin color? Every one of those men are called "Uncle Toms" for the view on liberty. These are strong individuals with good character. Srs
I don't see the need for a skin colour qualifier nor the slur; but, do those authors oppose individual freedom?

Maybe we better just stick to the 10 commandments and call it a day, folks can't agree on a dam thing.
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!

Now you're speaking like a true American Marxist. Using antiracist ideology to character assassinate someone. You really are a narcissist.

No.

I'm not American

I said I didn't see the need for the qualifier or slur.

Your words are in the quote.

Did or do those authors oppose individual freedom?

I know you're not American.

I'm making it relevant. The modern liberal commonly refers to the black skinned classical liberal an "Uncle Tom". It was an example of the extreme ideologies that comes with the American liberal left.

its amazing how much you think you know about America and what's happening here. You're absolutely lost, and your country is in the chitter, being run by extremist leftists, but you're here telling Americans what they should or shouldn't do. You say you're for liberty, but speak against all advocates of freedom.

You're one of them. You have to be.

You said "the left" opposes individual freedom. I asked for clarification. You offered some authors as examples of the left, but didn't connect those authors with opposition to individual freedom.

Liberalism supports individual freedom

Conservatism supports maintaining the status quo. "Free, to be like me."

I don't think you'll find much evidence of me telling anyone what to do.

I referred to liberalism and asked if you consider liberalism to be on the left.

The question attracted a heckler, but you didn't respond

Yeah, but you said "in your opinion" which...we've seen numerous times here that "your opinion" really carries little weight and that you have a tendency of twisting (and outright lying) about thing to suit your narrative.

Try providing a bit more substance.

"liberalism, political doctrine that takes protecting and enhancing the freedom of the individual to be the central problem of politics. Liberals typically believe that government is necessary to protect individuals from being harmed by others, but they also recognize that government itself can pose a threat to liberty. As the American Revolutionary pamphleteer Thomas Paine expressed it in Common Sense (1776), government is at best “a necessary evil.” Laws, judges, and police are needed to secure the individual’s life and liberty, but their coercive power may also be turned against the individual. The problem, then, is to devise a system that gives government the power necessary to protect individual liberty but also prevents those who govern from abusing that power."

https://www.britannica.com/topic/liberalism

"Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy based on the rights of the individual, liberty, consent of the governed, political equality and equality before the law.[1][2][3] Liberals espouse various views depending on their understanding of these principles. However, they generally support private property, market economies, individual rights (including civil rights and human rights), liberal democracy, secularism, rule of law, economic and political freedom, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, and freedom of religion.[11] Liberalism is frequently cited as the dominant ideology of modern history.[12][13]"

Copy pasting a couple of internet paragraphs isn't proving anything about the current climate, and if it falls on the left side of the spectrum (which you said it currently does).

Provide something of substance to support that.

Those are two definitions of liberalism.

If your claim is that the definition of liberalism has recently changed to oppose individual freedom, it would be helpful if you could offer some support for that claim.

The thing about heckling is that it doesn't offer opportunity to engage in discussion.

No, I asked you for proof that "liberalism" (as you define it) is still on the "left". You continue to fail to provide that.

Define liberalism. And what spectrum? We already know you're on the spectrum. Are we talking about that spectrum? You probably don't know what the spectrum of a linear operator is either because you're a pseudointellectual pleb so I will assume it isn't that spectrum either.

Can you provide something saying that they are currently on the left (like you said earlier)?

Posting a couple of paragraphs from online encyclopedias, and a definition from a dictionary has not proven this.

Can you provide any actual proof that "liberalism" is currently on the left? How many more times must I ask this?

But Krakhead wants schools to give children their moral compass rather than parents. Good thing that lazy bastard doesn't have children.
