In this case, I don't think you are being fair with this comparison. One side destroyed this woman's life before the other side even heard of the story. Either way, the general public has no right to play judge, jury, and executioner on every local news story, regardless of how much national press it gets.

The bike seen in the video posted on Twitter shows that the code on it is 560-3915.

Marino said it’s not possible for more than one person to reserve the same bike at the same time. Citi Bike did not immediately respond to NBC News' request for comment on Friday.

The lawyer also had a receipt for a second bike that Comrie rented shortly after the incident so she could ride home, according to the news station.


News outlets can confirm she has receipts for that particular bike. Race baiters like Ben Crump are desperately deleting tweets trying to avoid the lawsuits that lawyers already say is coming. Ready to admit you were wrong yet?
