There are zero benefits to drinking alcohol. All your bitchass anxiety is probably from your abuse of alcohol.

I'd say the solution to a lot of your anxiety problems would be to just get laid. So what are we working with here? Are you over or under 250 pounds, son?

Lay your worries, your fears, your anxiety at Jesus' feet. Give it to God, and say to yourself, "God, I leave this to you. I will take up my cross daily, and leave you to write my story."

Take up your cross daily, be responsible, but also trust in God. He's not testing you, he's making you stronger, in your faith, and in yourself through Him. Through your suffering, he's sanctifying you. He's setting you apart. Trust in God, and if you fall in tough times, if things don't seem to be working out.. know that He IS with you. In the middle of the storm, he will not abandon you, but meet you right there.

Do not lose focus, and if you fall, simply have faith, and reach out. He will save you.

I need to get better at doing this quicker. It sucks how long it takes to realize it was all a lesson and not a curse.

When does empathy and high morals start to pay off? Or am i blind to the benefits and hyperfocused on the negatives?
