I don't know the specifics of this latest indictment, but "people may disagree, it's not fraud" is exactly the kind of thing courts are there to decide.

Agree though, cases based on ambiguous laws are usually the ones that are tossed out.

Someone said they put him as target on indictment. Which is a big law101 NO NO because it means they plead 5th and destroy their own case.

So to me this looks purely theatrical to get a photo op of Trump getting arrested.

If they actually had 81 million votes, they wouldn't be trying to throw him in jail.

Lettuce be real tea. Jan 6 was absolutely a crime, and Trump should go to jail for it. The documents thing is w/e, but this one should have been brought way sooner.

lol @ triggered retards itt. Enjoy watching orange man on trial.

He wouldn't have won anyway fyi. He's a fukin loser. Even if I agree with some aspects of his foreign policy, he is a divisive sack of chit who brought chaos to America. I hope they hang the bastard as an example. Good riddance.

A broom stick would have gotten 81 million votes, Trump was THAT bad. Watch what happens in 2024.

And these trials will almost certainly overlap with each other. Scheduling is going to be fuked, watch Trump try to re-schedule over and over and over to stall. And I can hear Trump now... "Vote for me or they're going to lock me up!" Lol

maybe he did.
but if that were true why are dems absolutely terrified of trump running again and using corrupt government officials to attack him legally?
if brandon so easily beat him before why can't he do it again?

oh and if trump was defeated so badly why is he still so popular?

the math doesn't work for me.

He's popular where you are. If you wear a Trump shirt where I live, you'll get the chit beaten out of you.

He really is responsible for whipping everyone into a frenzy which lead to Jan 6, and he knew he lost. Hard to understand people who don't think he's responsible for the whole situation.

all this chit is only helping Trump and in a way it's helping the country see who the real enemies are. everyone knows it's politically motivated at this point. they are turning him into a victim of political abuse. they are counting on the country's collective mental illness and rigging to win (they'll win because of the rigging), but they are also waking up tons upon tons of people in the process.

He needs to drop out for the "betterment of the party"? What exactly are we hanging onto here? As it currently exists, the republican party is almost an equal disaster to the democrat party. And that's really saying something...

This. Trump is in the way of pushing the elites agenda forward. Just like 2016.

Notice it’s Obama. Hilary and then Biden. All in the same circle.

What would be ironic is if they finally get Trump, and in the midst of their victory they are distracted, thinking their nightmare is over, when someone else comes along who is actually in many ways much worst than Trump for them, and basically ruins everything for them. I think that those on the left will think that those on the right owe them something and they get real obnoxious. I think if the right wing just gets as voilent and nasty as the left accuses them of being would be enough.

The courts decide the validity of how the ECA could be used. But it's crazy of the DOJ to say pushing it's use is fraud.
