Low volume precedes price change, market law which works like a swiss clock. Market will have to go either up or down to support a healthy level of houses changing hands. I believe market will "consolidate" for a while, and then, when everybody gets tired waiting for lower prices and bought, it will collapse to ridiculously low prices. Mega trend due to demographic changes, not any particular interest rates or purchasing power.
