They also needed an excuse to double the money supply of USD out there because the banking system was on the verge of collapse due to liquidity issues. They were pumping a billion a day out from September to December then COVID came and they made all the stimmies and CERB etc. Jacked an election and saved the world banking system in one go. Fck.
