It's clear youre not watching the actual video which is asinine for you to be commenting. She goes into her reasoning of why he shouldnt be wearing the patch and youre telling me, "we dont know why." She states it has ties to slavery which is complete nonsense- when told it does not- she stays in her position.
Watch the video, you can see what her issue is. It's political. It would be the same lunacy if some teacher made a student remove a BLM or LGBT patch because it represented slavery.

Once more, disruptive speech is not protected in schools. It doesn’t matter if the teacher was a moron or not. You seem to not like the law. Not my problem, nor is it anything I can do anything about.
