I guess we are going for a third time… nothing in your post here either negates what was stated.

One is not considered vaccinated till 14 days after injection…so OP’s study does not actually give a true assessment of control group

I'm not an author on this one.

The data are available.

Controls were on the design side. It wasn't a small nor random effort in experimental design and data collection

Your claim is that 10-20% of people who get the Rona will suffer long term complications, I said that you can be in a group of 10 people who all had the Rona, and I ask you if 2 of them will be suffering long term complications.

Your answer? I don't know.

Just like you don't know if Omicron is more or less severe than Delta......

You're trying to argue against your own assertion.

So 10-20% of individuals who get the Rona won't suffer long term complications now?

Like I said, estimation, probability, and uncertainty are primary tenets of many/most sciences.

Things are not typically framed in absolutist terms.

Perhaps that's why some were angered by the pandemic.

Is that why some got off on it and are still stroking their cock over it three years later?
It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.

I'd say those have always been the primary tenets of science.

The concepts might be new for a lot of people and I can see how that could be unsettling.

10-20%? Lulz. 99% of the population has had it, most everyone twice, a lot infected 3 times or more. We'd be fooked if Long Covid were legit. Omicron even at the beginning had half of infections as asymptomatic. With so much accumulated immunity imagine how high the asymptomatic infection rate is by now. And of course lulz when all the long covid studies mix 2020 with 2022 onward.

Trying to pass science off as an addiction seems like an odd way to reconcile conflict.

Some folks have been involved in science and research since before the pandemic.

Right, and those people are called scientists.

Spamming the misc with your bizarre covid addiction =/= science.

Your lack of understanding isn't, or shouldn't be considered, transferable

In a 50:50 draw with odds of 100:1, are you absolutely guaranteed to win if you buy 100 tickets?

Anybody notice how this branch covidian phaqqot has shifted to a new tactic? He can't convince anybody to bow down to his sacred covid the way he has, he can't comprehend why nobody cares, and he's clearly frustrated because nobody takes any of his 4-5 daily covid threads seriously.

So now he's smug and insulting.

Try this J.F.C.... We understand. We just DGAF.

One is not considered vaccinated till 14 days after injection…so OP’s study does not actually give a true assessment of control group

Did you look at the data links?

Had anyone in the included cohort received a vaccine at any time?

If they did 14 days prior, they would still be considered unvaccinated, but side effects of this type can appear much sooner than 14 days after injection..so the study is not a good representation of any data.

Then there's the question of whether or not they were "fully" vaccinated.

Face it, you can present any kind of study to fit a certain narrative.

You can claim that BCAA'S increase strength, despite the fact that they've been proven to be pretty useless. Same with HMB, Glutamine, liquid creatine, etc...

While risk of a serious outcome from acute infection still remains higher for people with underlying conditions and the elderly, Topol said risk for long COVID is present for anyone regardless of their age or prior health status.

The chances of long COVID are reduced when an infected person uses available treatments like Paxlovid and when they are up-to-date on vaccines and boosters, Topol said.
