Legally no. Issue is, if you tell them to fuk off then they'll just escalate, if you knock a cop out you're gonna get wrecked by the 10 other cops that show up and when you're taken in. If the cop did something illegal, fight them in court and hurt their pocket.

The laws need to change though. Cops should be not have immunity and if they are sued and lose, the money should come out of their own pension.

Tens of thousands arrests made per day in the USA but apparently the country is institutionally racist and its police total incompetents because every 3-6 months a questionable video appears... Nice use of calling him an astronaut, OP? Are you a POC mad at whites using that term when a POC gets arrested in some brutal fashion? Maybe ask yourself why whites would do that? The whole act of referring to arrestees as saintly in some way comes from the media/politicians doing so to attack white people. Medical Malpractice is very rare too. Should we just ignore the 10-15 botched surgeries out of the thousands that happen per year because they're rare?

I bet you wouldn't care about "statistics" if it was your friend or loved one suplexed on the concrete.
