I’m a long time republican and strong 2nd amendmenter, but you guys saying that this is injustice aren’t looking at the case facts.

For a website that loves saying play stupid games win stupid prizes, y’all have this one dead wrong.

This dumbass pulled up on three kids innocently playing basketball and started shooting them with gel blasters, and you think the teenagers aren’t going to respond with a beating?

Yes the guy died, but very likely the teens didn’t swing punches with intent to kill.

Had this dude not decided to participate in an absolutely retarded TikTok trend, he wouldn’t have lost his life.

The prison sentence of 2.5 yrs is appropriate.

Strong understanding how justice system works.


A jury found them not guilty/ or were unable to come to a unanimous verdict on the manslaughter. Being that the kids shot them unprovoked first, I could easily see how such a verdict was reached.

There has been no sentence handed down yet.


Misc is so predictable. If it were 2 blaxk kids killed after shooting people with pellets, would be 4 pages of "stupid games, stupid prizes."

I don't believe manslaughter was a deserved conviction, and it's funny how a jury who actually seen all the evidence agreed. But miscers who only read snippets from a gateway pundit article think they know better.

Manslaughter conviction requires a reasonable belief that your actions would lead to death. Also the self defense mitigating factor really makes it almost a 0 chance conviction. A provoked act is judged differently. Many people get into fights and don't expect death to he the result.

Again, a jury sat through ALL of the evidence and reached this conclusion. You do not know more than they did.

when i was a kid i was visiting someone and i hung out with these punks for a couple days.this POS punk would go around the city and yelling random chit at homeless people and poor people.he definitaly needed his ass beat.i wouldnt really care if someone killed him but i wasnt doing any of that chit.i dont deserve to die just because i happened to be in the same car.i dont know this whole story.i dont care about the dead kid but they murdered him and bragged about it.if that was me id be looking at 20 years at least

Provoked self defense is not unlawful. Someone runs up and shoots at you unprovoked, and then retreats before Again shooting you point blank in the face, you have the right to self defend until the attacker is incapacitated. From what I've read, Ethan was struck no more than 3 times. Perfectly reasonable self defense given that situation. Lawful self defense and not manslaughter.


Again, after all evidence was seen, this is the conclusion that was reached. Do you know more than the instructed jury?
