The numbers are approximate, it might have been like 14 and 11 or whatever I didnt count by hand. There were a few more guys than girls.

and yes, its a lot better to show up at these things with a friend so you dont look like a weird creepy loner. Its called social proof and its not a new concept. I was talking with my friend before and after the event, and that looks a lot better than just being alone.

Makes perfect sense to have someone with you.
