its just photoshop layers from different pics, likely to get all the kids looking at the camera and smiles and such. I do it all the time, sometimes I overlook some erasing that causes that "opacity ghosting" you are seeing on her sleeve from a different photo that was on a separate layer.

family photos are the hardest (srs) nothing worse than photographing kids in a group photo those little fuks never listen

Also, the exterior doesnt reflect what is on the inside, over 100 rooms and a half acre interior court. It's more about historical and cultural value as well.
