I had a heart attack that led to a bunch of other stuff. Plus narcolepsy
They found I had a congenital heart defect and it exacerbated my sleep issues tenfold so now I have like four hours in a day where I'm somewhat awake enough to do stuff like clean my house
I also have an autoimmune disorder and literally things like simple colds will take me out completely

I'm on I think triple the max dose of Ritalin and still have days where I just sleep nonstop it sucks

I've had it my whole life they just didn't catch it until later on when it really started to affect me due to kids and all that stuff
Growing up I was always sleeping in class and on the bus and such but my mom just thought I was lazy
