OH! i am sorry sir for the late birthday! you look the same you did years ago! i wanted to ask you how you liked Moonrise Kingdom? i really liked it and i hope you liked it too! but honestly did you watch it yet and did you like it? as a fellow movie buff i would love to know! {bow}

also im interested in what martial arts you study. believe it or know i kenjutsu and ninjutsu. i have a buddy in Canada who is studying Japanese swordsmithing . He bought real Tamahagane and is learning to make knives and then a real sword the traditional way. i know it sounds wild but he really is.i know it sounds crazy but he bought all the tamehagane ingots and is serious.i wonder if it can be done? he says he is doing it over a coal oven or kiln? i wonder if it can be done?

The DVD I ordered from Amazon Marketplace was delivered a week ago.

Starring:

Bruce Willis
Edward Norton
Bill Murray
Frances McDormand
Tilda Swinton
Jason Schwartzman
Bob Balaban

The cast is awesome and promising af, I'm sure I will love it.

This weekendmy daughter(34) will visit us for a family movie night to watch it together and I'm looking forward to it.

I will report back to you when we watch it.

Thanks to you, this, watching movies together with my daughter for the first time in two decades, finally happens and I'm thrilled.

As for swordsmithing, I can't say anything because I have little knowledge of the art.

I practiced Kendo with bamboo sword in HS but that is all and I have never seen real Katanas in my life.

All I can do is wish you good luck, my friend. *bow*

Brah I've seen youre posts around since I started miscing not long after you joined and thought you were a max 35yo fit dude. You look phenomenal.

What do you do for work? Is it a physical job? If not, how many hours/week on average would you have trained for the last 20-30 years?

I've been consistent for 15 years, would be great to do it another 30 or so and end up like you

*bow*
that sounds awesome buddy.im sure you will have a great time together. i have had a real Japanese iaito and Chinese "katana" but i dont consider Chinese made swords real katana. i only consider real Japanese Nihonto to be a real katana.ive never seen a real one myself either. maybe one day. stay classy my friend!

Thank you for the kind words. *bow*

Most of my work wasn't physical, I had been working for a bookstore company, sometimes at a desk as an IT manager) and sometimes as a store manager, from which after over 35 years of service I retired 6 years ago. Currently, I work for one of the largest SNS companies as a content moderator, yes, we call it a mod, LOL.

My workout regimen changes depending on the condition at the time. Especially, now I have gotten old, injury prevention become more important than progress. Less is always better with training intensity, volume, and frequency.

Persistence is the key for me and for that this Bodybuilding.com forums always give me the best support and motivation.

Most people quit long before my age, so what you said is true.

Try to keep pumping as long as you can and you'll be OK.

Take care, good friend. *bow*
