You don't know the whole story and I can't get into it now. Needless to say if the situation was reversed, being in CA? I may have been arrested. Hence why I didn't let this go.

Do you read? I said I won a case years ago from a stock trading website who doxxed me and threatened me financially.

What happens with the case now? Suing the 2 blacks (actually not the blacks but the bowling alley) who called me a racist and physically threatened me out of the blue and despite the fact that I am the one who asked them to bowl with us and gave them $500 in equipment?

No idea. And I don't care. But here in CA any minority is a god. I am sticking up for white people who have been persecuted here for years.

Again, the black lady, out of the blue, called me a racist. Said I (we) owe her reps. The husband threatened me. I was not even talking to her or the husband when this occurred. I was talking to a Super pac Dem white lady.

As a result I had to quit the home lanes I bowled at and have suffered a loss of $ and emotional distress.

Hence again, why I am suing.

Considering my wife and I have bowled at these lanes for year...spending $200 a week easy...AND have invested over $50,000 INTO the lanes for improvements and maintenance?

Yeah, I have a case. The old owner I invested with is gone to Vegas. The new guy? He is about to feel my wrath.

I was told the same from the stock lawsuit I filed. I won $6 figures.

Again, I was already an investor into the bowling alley. Ownership changed that I had invested with. Then this happened. This is a slam dunk.

I fully expect to own at least half of the alley by the time this is done. And btw this alley is worth a lot as they are in a prime real estate location and have OTB.

Can someone please explain how you can sue a bowling alley because a patron called you a racist. How is the bowling alley liable for the words of a patron in any way, and liable for damages?

Happend to a marine over 10 years ago.maybe longer. this ph@ggot played the Crying Game on him and he killed the tranny. i dont know what happened to the marine though.im sure hes out by now i hope
