I'm grateful for...
- spring weather.
- extra time with the kids this morning before heading to the airport.
- Quest bars to snack on when I'm in the airport.
- being alive.
- What I call "quiet time" in airplanes, where I don't turn on any electronics and just shut down. Nice to enjoy the quiet or conversation with my neighbor.

Grateful for
-Alka65 water. I don't know what it is about it, but I like it and drink a lot of it.
-Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos with no onions or red sauce, with lots of hot sauce. This seems to be my go2 feel better food at the moment.
-Had an in depth ultrasound and consult with a genetics counselor today for baby. All is well and baby looks really healthy. In her professional opinion it looked like a boy, but it's a little early to tell still. It was really good having the conversation with the geneticist. She said with the advancements in testing over the last 13 years (since the time of having my daughter), I should try having my daughter tested again to see if they can decode her chromosomes for any micro-deletions. A very productive day I must say.
-My move to a temporary office at work is turning out to be pretty good. Still can't wait for our new building tho.

Last day of being away from home for business... Will be great to sleep next to my lady and our dogs tomorrow night
Feeling that awesome pre-workout tingle in my chest shoulders and triceps... Like they know it's push day and cant wait to be slammed
Had some good tank top weather today and got to work on my redneck tan. Although being fully shirtless on a sunny day is GOAT the tank is a close second and a little more acceptable while working

This thread for helping me keep a positive mindset even on days that are overwhelming. (On spread, but owe pretty much everyone reps)
Tomorrow is my Friday then off to Reno for the weekend. I'm already planning where I'm going to eat, record store locations and what else I'm going to do.
Pull day tonight & will probably have to hit legs tomorrow since I won't be able to workout again until Monday.

-Trivia with friends.
-A good coffee break conversation with a coworker. He's more conservative than I am, but we had a good agreement that ministering is both hard and messy, and severely neglected in today's churches.

I am grateful for
- making better health choices and sticking with it this time around. I feel more energetic and awake from eating clean. I've lost 3lbs so far in less than a week.
- getting paid tomorrow. Will be treating myself to anything I want or need.
- cafe Del Mar music. Love it.

Today I am grateful for:
1. Perfect sunny weather in the 70s today
2. Am already seeing the effects of posting ITT along with other good habits. Staying positive, grateful, and focusing on what you DO have vs. what you don't have really do work
3. Having supportive parents and siblings. Even though we disagree on a lot they always mean well and want the best for me.

Grateful for:
-Having met a really great Uber driver today; we ranted about bad women drivers and how important it is to drive defensively. good times
-Rain in the spring; makes the air much fresher & cleaner!
-Job search going along swimmingly; Gotta keep my eye on the prize but I am starting to see the finish line after a grueling year

I'm grateful for...
- getting to work on some awesome projects at work.
- Chipotle for dinner. Loving the chorizo.
- my bluetooth headset lasting 9.5 hours today (supposed to last 8). Jammed my music all day while working.
- an early flight to see the family tomorrow! Short week, but with my KC trip last week, it seems like I've been gone forever.
- knocking out a project, that honestly, I thought wasn't going to get done. Everything came together at the end.
