There is a gorgeous Ferrari 458 down there I am eyeing. If it’s still available when we go and checks out I think I’ll have found a new garage buddy for the Maz. My buddy we are visiting has a wild ass garage with: mclaren 720s, aventador SVJ, rolls Royce wraith, Bentley, 1300hp Supra, 1200hp hellcat, and a Shelby f150 supersnake lol. Gonna sit in his garage and jerk off in peace
and here I am thinking I'm cool with my rented slingshot and Caddy, lmfao. Sounds like you are literally ceo 10k/day.

I heard rented supercars/exotic they can tell from the computer if you go above a certain speed and RPM, and if so they charge you. Is that true

Yessir! The computers track the rpm range and if you launch it, etc. It depends on what you rented and from where, but most exotic car rental places do have quite a few stipulations in place. Have a good trip! Go show off dem cutz

Dem tren gains :P. Yesterday I fasted until 9PM ... did 3 miles of cardio and leg day fasted lmao fun times. To break my fast I had some chicken soup, peanuts, and a protein bar ... then back into fasting. I don’t usually go that long or that light on calories but my kidneys respond better to that so sure enough my piss test strips today are amazing. Lol going to likely fast until 6PM today and have a bit higher calories/protein. I’m on day three completely off of prednisone for the first time since December and holy **** adrenal fatigue is a mofo. Goal by my FL trip May 7th is 6% at 200lbs. (If kidneys will allow it). If kidney tests start looking bad I’ll have to back off but I’m doing things so carefully the tests are looking really great so far.

So your kidney function improves dramatically the longer and more often you stay fasted? Do you know what the scientific explanation for this is?

Genuinely curious because I do quite a few 24 hour fasts, not for any health benefits but because I find it super helpful for dropping fat.

It’s probably a combo of that, the food he eats and the supps he’s researched. The fast just gives everything a break. Just like when you rest from lifting, tissue regenerates. If you’re constantly eating throughout the day organs and digestive track only get that chance during the time you’re asleep. Pair that with food that is complimentary such that when you do eat there is lower inflammation, etc and you’ve got a good recipe for fixing issues like this. The supps then just help boost everything to the next level and exploit the benefits.

Yeah, I ate 6 chocolate chip oatmeal raisin cookies with coconut from trader joes last night in the middle of the night, whatever, just back at it today, sounds like you ate some good carbs at least.

That's the problem with dieting, especially if you have that food in your house. You wake up and binge half asleep and barely remember it the next morning. Now I'll have some low-carb tortillas when I go to bed to make sure I'm satisfied and don't do that.

Yeah it's like a weird half-dream. Been there, done that. I have an eating disorder so I know binging and bulimia and all of that chit too well. I have only had one binge since Dec. 31 though, once I found these low-carb tortillas with a ton of fiber lol.

Literally perfect explanation. Healthy kidneys are very resilient and don’t require the same babying as ****ed kidneys ... my biopsy showed about 50% of my kidneys are sclerosed (scarred/destroyed). So in my situation the non sclerosed parts have to work harder to try to make up for the parts that no longer work ... so giving the kidneys a break with the fasting and lower protein intake and avoiding foods that appear to be inflammatory for my body = more time for them to focus on recovery and regenerating rather than overworking themselves. So when you incorporate these healing supplements and peptides along with the fasting, etc. = best chance at meaningful regeneration *if* it is possible. Goal is to do this for 6-12 months and possibly do another biopsy if I think I’ve healed them to confirm and if I did I can go back to a more normal routine and hopefully get joocier. I’ll settle for just not ending up on dialysis lol

I saw this brand on Top Chef this week.

I was looking for the Dark Chocolate Cherry.
I had to settle for Salted Caramel Truffle.

Opened it yesterday.
I finished 2/3 of it while watching TV.

i still weighed 181.2 this morning.

Cheat day absolutely not. Refeed maybe if you are feeling like **** one day.

Progress is much faster and linear when you grab on your balls and stay on track monday trough sunday for several weeks in a row. Its amazing what you can do with some consistency.

Intermittent fasting and low calorie / calorie free dressings/syrups/sweeteners/sodas etc is basically the key to a shredded physique on 2021 IMO.

That cheat meal could set you back 2-3 days depending on your daily deficit. Aint nobody got time for that
