@Drew what weight vest do you have? I sold mine a few years ago because it would constantly rub my arm pits and inner arm when doing push-ups or Pull-Ups. I was thinking about getting another one.

I have two.

One is super cheap and made by Cap. Honestly, it’s incredibly comfortable.

The other is expensive and it’s made by Wold Tactical. It’s adjustable, so I can add weight to it when I want to, but it’s not as comfortable as the Cap.

Honestly, I’d buy the one made by Cap on Amazon.

49 weeks of eating like a POW (in the words of a Misc user whose name I've forgotten).

Most of my meals, I add mustard or Yellowbird hot sauce. Today was the first time I had the idea to do both at the same time, and it was pretty damn good.

@Drew how many calories you eating a day?

I'm about to get serious with losing weight. Now is really the time. If I do what I need, I can be nice by summer 2025. Though this is a lifestyle change.

Gonna pick up some boneless chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, and vegetables to meal prep next week. For breakfast might do overnight oats.
