I would physically move my body so that I don’t get hit- I would assume that shooting a person while a vehicle is headed towards me isn’t as fool proof as getting out of the way would be. Once I’m able to get out of the way I have 0 reason to kill the person. Unless I’m angry af which it’s possible I would be. It’s one of the main reasons I don’t have a gun. I have anger issues. She was turning around to leave, he maneuvers himself out of the way to avoid being hit and then shoots 3-4 times through her window. It’s hard to tell if he was hit or not. If he was it didn’t look like it would have caused too much damage. From my perspective it looked like she was trying to leave and didn’t check all directions before doing so. I have heard that they were yelling at her to leave- I don’t know how true that is. I watched it from all angles- there was one angle where it does look possible that the car did make some impact but there’s another angle that shows the same thing where he’s able to jump out of the way. One thing I am 99% sure of is that by the time he shoots her he is completely out of the way of the vehicle - it’s the only possible way that he was able to shoot her from that side.

People will see what they want but I screenshotted what are to me the most important shots in what happened. The first picture is right before he has to kind of jump out of the way. You can see where his feet and his head is- her wheels are positioned in a way where she is angled away from him.

The next shot is the first time he shoots - i circled the gun. It’s hard to tell it’s a gun but I tried to get the screenshot so many times.

At the end of the day, ICE shouldn't be patrolling the streets. Their job isn't law enforcement, it's immigration enforcement. They should be targeting very specific people at very specific locations in targeted strikes at night. All of these ICE interactions that are posted going south are because ICE doesnt know how to handle every day policing and they shouldn't be doing it. Go back to actual targeted operations that happen at night when the retards won't be in the way.
