That game was straight rigged for England:

1) Englands first goal was a counter started by the ball hitting the wire. Norway complains, no VAR review

2) Norways goal taken away, very soft penalty two players pushing and one decided to fall down at the right time, only taken away on VAR review

3) Norway player hit from behind misses header for a goal as a result, no penalty, no VAR review

4) In overtime, england player collides with own goalie, both hit ground, ball is loose, play is stopped. if Norway player gets to that ball its an easy goal.

Norway only has a couple of non-Europeans. The Slavic teams are all pretty homogenous. Italy is basically all Italian with the odd exception, same with Spain.
