In these neighborhoods you just need everything to be mechanically in working condition and your good.

Surprisingly I have only had a few problems with dead beat tenants . The key is to own as many as possible so if one is not paying a bunch of the others are. Making you able to pay the bills.

Made a bit more than that in one month after taxes and in GBP ( ) . Invested it all and took gf to vegas for her birthday - which was only like 2-2.5K or so.
