That's horrible. He attacked her well after she stopped hitting him. There was no longer a threat to him when he did so. Also she was trying to drive away but he stopped her then physically restrained her. This is NOT self defense, this is a battery after another battery. What, you think if someone hits you that you can come back 15 minutes later and sock them? Nope. Have to have imminent threat of harm for self defense. This man is a coward and a loser and has terrible form. He should be embarrassed.
