Lifting 6 days, but ever since my gym bro left, lifting is starting to feel monotonous; such a lonely endeavor, get in, talk to no one, get out.

Yep.

Hit 10 reps on 140kg squats (parallel) and managed 2x2 on 132.5kg for bench today. I'm stronger than I was last bulk and about 15kg lighter (dreamer bulked to 100kg and was obese lmao). I would like to hit a 180kg squat and deadlift, and 140kg bench for 1rm before I finish my bulk in another 4-5 weeks, might need to up calories to ensure I get there.

I do, however still trying to re-establish consistency in my schedule and routines. Some days I've just gone to the gym after a 24 and had no real plan as to what I'm trying to accomplish. Lots of wasted movements.

Been at it consistently for 12 years this fall! I've taken occasional breaks due to life and school, but it's a lifestyle by now. Don't think that I could ever give it up.

To all the younger guys... never stop lifting. It helps with stress, feeling good about yourself, mental wellness, everything.
That's good advice man. I'm 30 and pretty much in the same boat. I've noticed a lot of friends my age have gotten dad bods or just incredibly fat and out of shape. While lifting already has so many benefits, I use them as additional motivation to not let myself go.
