And, yes, women are better at managing/manipulating men.

It is an adaptive trait.

I was referring to their ability in settling disputes. Of course this is a generalization; and women appear to be growing more and more aggressive as of late. Nevertheless, perhaps pragmatic (more concerned with the consequences) would have been a better word.
