I dont understand this herp derp "no legs" ****. Its posterior and anterior chain work. So many dip****s will do some crap squats, then goto the leg press machine and do 50 ****ing sets, then hamstring curls and a bunch of useless **** until failure.
Squat(Low Bar, High Bar, SSB, Front squat)
Deadlift(stiff legged, deficit)
Farmers walks, maybe calf raises
That's all the **** you need. Stop being a bitch.

Nah that's not why, it's because they are the hardest, most exhausting body part to train, and you can't even see them.

I use ot think leg day was the worst until i was introduced to the Windgate Bike test. Its only 30 sec long, on a bike with 7.5% of you body weight for resistance, but its a dead sprint and you feel TERRIBLE for an hour afterwords. I helped an undergrad student do a research project which involved the test and i ended up having to do it 6 or 7 times, each with different permaters. 1 test was a 2 min warm up no weight then the test, one was a 5 min warm up with some wight and then the test began, one was 10 sec sprints with 10 sec rest x 3 or 4 then the test began. Absolutely terrible
