I'm calling BS, you're full of chit. Dry wood is nearly at the bottom of list as far as conductivity goes. Even a 1st year EE would know that the pole has some type of shield wire from an arrestor on the top of the pole that connects to the grounding pad on the bottom of the pole. You can see the spark where one of the guys had their had on it. Pole was so small nearly everyone had their hand on part of the #8 wire running down to the grounding pad.

Class over bitch, you are either lying or you got your EE from ASU.
