No one else cares about how much you can lift.

But if one is aesthetic one needs to only remove ones shirt and all will think one is strong af!

BRB; in their minds..."I wonder how much that guy can bench?"

Trust me on this!

Also this:

A few weeks ago I was practicing posing at the gym, with my A shirt on, and two guys in there 20's came in. The guy I was with asked them; "How old do you think he is?"

Their answer 48!

I was like:

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

You don't have to wait for spring.

One can cut whenever one wasts.

What side of the forearm is it?

Is it a shooting pain? Achy? Dull?

Does it hurt to stretch your fingers back?

Does it travel or radiate?

Any fingers in particular affected more than others?

Does it feel like a "burn" when you straighten it? Kind of like the 100th rep of lateral raises? I had this just recently, and im not sure what caused it. I haven't changed anything and it just went away last week

Sounds like it is a tendonitis. The thing to remember with tendonitis is that the longer you let it go, the longer it takes to recover from it. It can also inflame everything around it. It could be creating very tight muscles around it too

Rest, ice after therapy and heat/ice other times, whichever makes it feel better, and even massage can help.

Yeah I took like 17 days off. This past week was my first week back. Everything feels smooth af and I'm mentally excited to train again .

I'm down quite a bit of weight already. Face aesthetics up 3 points

I feel the pain the most when doing lateral raises, it did hurt before I went on Vaca so I took like 10 days off from gym, but when I got back it hurt again after the first session, but it's not as bad at, been icing it and stretching a little

@tug how much caffeine you intake? maybe that's why you didn't sleep enough

I took time off more to rest mentally. I had a written plan for 5 months and it didn't change. I hit these numbers on that day and stuck to it. I made great progress, it just got tedious. I'm sure it helped my body taking the time off, but that's not the sole reason behind it lol.

Hope you can get your joint issues and sleep figured out. Neither one are fun to deal with
