Most bartenders are cringeworthy crybabies and this is coming from a guy he has been bartending for 4 years.

Never gave a phuck about tips and I made average tips.

All around a terrible industry where the service staff need to rely on tips to get by regardless of the profit of the restaurant. Even still they feel entitled to tips regardless of their service level. FAIL.

Lol I went with that mentality, lasted less than a day

It's part of American culture and they are deadly serious about it. I recall a news report of a couple not tipping due to really chitty service, ended getting arrested for shoplifting

My rule is really simple *******s.

If I plan to go back then I tip because I don't want spit, cum or whatever in my food the next time.

If it was so bad that I will never go back then no tip.
You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told you're a god or a total bastard. The iron always kicks you the real deal. It's the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. I have found it to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But 200 pounds is always 200 pounds.

Granted that place looks like a mom-n-pop style place, but ALL FRANCHISED RESTAURANTS have a strict "no photographing/posting customer's receipts" policies. It's a blanket requirement because oftentimes the receipt will include some credit card info (although I am aware this guy paid in cash).

The bartender was supposed to be fired. All is right in the world.
