The difference between bullying in the 90s and now is ...In the 90s you were told to stand up for yourself and if someone is bullying you , Knock them on their ass and problem solved . Today , if you get bullied you have a "safe space" and the problem continues .

Social media would have been an awesome improvement on humanity if it was used for it's original purpose and not as a substitute for real life. Now it's nothing but selling your pride/soul for that social media fame, YT videos now 95% cesspool of copycat, spammers "omg please like and sub, if I get to 100k I'll do this", instagram whores, stupid "e twitch dramas" etc. Twitch was the same, started out as great, turned into just a money grubbing cringe cesspool, people playing 8 hours of games a day, then watching someone else play the same game for 8 hours. The levels of psychological development is plummeting, people not developing basic human interaction skills, being in moments of RL crisis and learning how to cope with real stress.

It's funny because the average person is a lot dumber, which is also sad because you have a library of information right at your finger tips. You talk to people and just shake your head at the lack of general knowledge across most fields. But they will know everything instagram, ********, YT celebs. What a fuking wasteful use of technology.

As for all the liberal madness and everyone coddling young kids to the point where they are not responsible for everything, well that compounded with social media and you have an army of fuking retards that are easy to persuade and mold. Works out great if you're in power. Instead of "you fail this test because you weren't smart enough/didn't study hard enough" it's now "the test was too hard, it's not your fault".

I was a kid in the Late 60's into the 70's. Our music was on vinyl. Phones had cords. Answering machines were nonexistent. TV had 4 or 5 channels (and was black and white at my house). Board games, not video games.

Strong nostalgia.
