Also how long have you been doing strongman stuff? I've dabbled in some of the training protocols but I'm not made for that ish lol.

Yes honestly. Yea...I think things are coming back in the right direction. I was in a bad relationship for two years (though I don't have any ill feelings towards her). Also living in a city where I didn't like and honestly felt the most displaced I have in my life.

I feel much more emotionally healthy. I have a better, yet more challenging career. People have told me I have come off happier IRL now.

You got any tips for increasing strength?

I can only bench like 215 once, I've been trying like hell, workout chest twice a week and Nada. Constantly stuck at 1.33x body weight.

Don't believe in life after death. I believe in aliens, the universe is huge. The only change I'd like to see in the misc is for people to stop responding to troll threads. FA threads, rate me, stuff like that. If no one responds, they stop making them.
